Let's talk
About me
I write, design, lead teams and run campaigns.
I’m a marketer with nine years of experience across publishing, agencies and WordPress software. I’ve led editorial and marketing teams, but writing copy, designing assets and reviewing campaign results are still part of my day.
How I got here
I joined Roar as a Bangla feature writer in 2017, covering biography, books, cinema, sports and history. I later moved into social media and content management before becoming Head of Digital.
At Roar Bangla, I led editorial, social and video work and directed a nationwide network of 200+ freelance writers. I planned coverage, developed video and social formats, and worked with sales on branded campaigns.
At TechAByte, I developed marketing plans and directed creative production for national clients. I also designed campaign assets, including work for Teletalk.
At WPManageNinja, I worked across 15 WordPress products. My responsibilities included campaign creative, Google and Meta ads, landing-page reviews, deal seasons and reporting.
Different organisations brought different challenges. I learned to understand the audience, give the team a useful brief and stay involved after publication. There was no Jedi shortcut to that part.
Design & creative
Design became a regular part of my work alongside writing. I’ve created campaign graphics, social templates, video thumbnails and brand identities across publishing, agency work and software.
I also brief designers and direct production. Doing the work myself helps me write clearer briefs, understand production constraints and give more useful feedback than “can we make it pop?”
My independent projects include the Saba and Sharm Villa identities, covering typography, colour systems, stationery, packaging and merchandise.
Leadership & delivery
I develop campaign plans, coordinate writers and designers, write copy and manage paid advertising. I like understanding the details well enough to contribute directly and help the team make decisions.
That also means being willing to change the plan. Once a campaign is running, I review which formats hold attention, which ads bring conversions and where people drop off.
“I have a good feeling about this” is welcome in the planning meeting. It still needs a test.
Explore my capabilities →Tools & systems
Campaign tags need to stay consistent. Images need preparing. Videos need transcripts, shorter cuts and copy for different platforms.
I’ve built tools to help with those tasks, including a campaign URL builder, an image optimizer and a YouTube workspace for marketers. My computer science background helps me work through the technical side and build around how the team actually works.
The aim is practical: spend less time repeating the same steps and more time on the writing, design and decisions that need attention.
Writing & cinema
Cinema was one of my subjects as a writer, and it remains an interest beyond work. I like how a film can establish a character, build tension or change your understanding of a scene with one detail.
Occasionally, that interest has crossed into campaign work. For No Dorai, I worked with my team on the film’s release campaign, combining social content, promotional design and editorial videos about the people behind it.
I still write, too. My published work includes Bangla features on biography, books, cinema, sports and history, alongside English marketing content for WordPress product blogs.
Whether I’m writing about a film or explaining a software product, I want the reader to understand it and have a reason to keep reading. The opening crawl can only do so much.
Experience
I plan content, design campaigns and manage paid acquisition, with experience leading both editorial and marketing teams.
Most of my experience has been remote, working with teams at Roar Global and TechAByte before joining WPManageNinja in Sylhet.

What’s next
I’m looking for a brand, content or growth leadership role where I can lead a team and contribute directly to writing, design and campaign decisions.
I’m based in Sylhet and open to remote opportunities and relocation. If my experience fits what your team needs, let’s talk.
